Since her graduation she has practiced physical therapy in both rehab and pediatric settings. She has additional training in Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) with children. Shauna Molloy

Shauna has been practicing yoga since 2007, and teaching since 2011. All facets of yoga are valuable to Shauna, yet the focus on the internal that is so important in Yin Yoga as opposed to more fast paced, outward directed movement in other styles, is an incredible tool to help in maintaining a true balance within one’s self, as well as out. She is honored to have the opportunity to share her Yin Yoga teaching practice with WHyoga studio.
